First Steps & Fees
Coming to therapy for the first time is a difficult and challenging step. Feelings of shame and embarrassment at the need to seek help sometimes leaves the potential for positive transformation and change ignored. Likewise feelings of pride and viewing therapy as required by only those who are somehow defective can prevent exploration of themes and topics that have the potential to benefit and improve many parts of an individual’s life.
If you have any queries or questions prior to a consultation, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I can happily advise whether your reasons for coming to therapy are applicable, whether short or longer term therapy may be of most use to you, or if other services may address your needs better.
The standard fee for a UK session is £60, for the Czech Republic is 1000Kc.
Fees can be discussed at assessment. Variable and low-cost rates may be offered in cases when it is appropriate to the engagement.
